App not working
Absolutely horrible! How?, you ask? OK, picture this... You go through all the trouble of gathering your clothes, you check each pocket,you make sure you get all the money out,you make sure you didn't forget about the yellow cake uranium, you remove the crystals, now you are ready to wash clothes. Now..you try putting the USB cable in the washer, no. Dryer duct just in case? No. Now phone goes in the washer, nope! Ruined phone. Its a Samsung washer and phone, this app is completely useless.
I have tryed just got mine today and can't get it to work been trying for over 30 mins on both washer and dryer

I need the # for customer service. Smart care wont allow me to see it. The washer and dryer have been pathetic and the constant calls to repair guy are very upsetting and expensive!!!!!
I have an older washing machine that relied on this app due to the touch screens no longer working on it. Deprecating functionality has made using my washer and dryer difficult
